Philip Clarke’s career, marked by leading student services through the COVID-19 disruption and achieving record enrollment growth, taught us that data is only as good as the decisions it informs. We transitioned to decision intelligence not to replace professional judgment, but to augment it. Philip Clarke

Philip Clarke is the Founder and President of CCG, bringing 27+ years of leadership in higher education to the frontier of decision intelligence. With extensive experience in enrollment management and student services, he has spent decades developing institutional strategy and narrative frameworks. A former faculty member at Duquesne University recognized for teaching excellence, Philip combines an MBA and a Master’s in Rhetoric with advanced certifications in AI for Business from Wharton. He founded CCG to integrate these disciplines—communication, research, and applied AI—into a master architecture for leadership success.

Brandon Clarke

Brandon Clarke serves as Co-Founder and Managing Director, leading the firm’s operations, business development, and client growth. With a BSBA in Supply Chain Management and Marketing from Duquesne University, Brandon applies a disciplined, analytical approach to firm logistics and digital infrastructure. His background in operational efficiency and global logistics ensures that CCG’s strategic recommendations are backed by practical, high-impact execution. Brandon oversees the firm’s digital brand engagement and project coordination from Moon Township, PA.
